(1) An appeal shall lie to the State Government from any of the following orders, namely:— (a) an order under section 5 refusing permission to install a lift; (b) an order under section 6 refusing the grant of licence to work a lift; (c) an order under section 11 for repairing lift and prohibiting use thereof; (d) an order under section 14 suspending or cancelling the licence to work a lift. (2) The decision of the State Government on such appeal shall be fmal.
