(1) An appeal shall lie to the State Government from any of the following orders, namely : — (a) an order under section 4 or section 4 read with section 8, refusing permission to erect a lift; (5) au order under section 5 or section 5 read with section 8, refusing the grant of license to work a lift; (c) an order under section 12; (d) an order under section 17 suspending or cancelling the license to work a lift. (2) The decision of the State Government on such appeal shall be final.
