The 'West Bengal Legislature (Removal of Disqualifications) Act, 2007. ( Section 4. ) (3) For the removal of doubts. it is hereby clarified that any petition or reference pending before any court or other authority on the date of commencement of this Act shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
