- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Bengal Legislative Assembly (Members' Emoluments) (Amendment) Act, 2023
- S. 2Section 2 amends the Bengal Legislative Assembly (Members' Emoluments) Act, 1937, to raise the emoluments of assembly members from ten thousand to fifty thousand rupees.
