Section 25

(1) On admission of an appeal, the Appellate Committee may, for sufficient cause, direct the stay of any order passed by the Disciplinary Committee of the State Council on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit. (2) On application made to it, the Disciplinary Committee of the State Council, after it passes the final order in any proceeding may, for sufficient cause, direct the stay of such order on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit.
