No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against— (a) the State Government or any officer of that Government, Or (b) any Member with or without the additional designation of Chairman or any Technical Member or any officer or other employee of a Regional Land Reforms Tribunal, or (c) the Chairman or any Judicial Member or any Administrative Member or any officer or other employees of the Special Land Reforms Tribunal, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
