Notwithstanding such repeal, all actions already undertaken or initiated under the Bengal Land-revenue Assessment (Resumed Lands) Regulation, 1819, the Bengal Government Indemnity Regulation, 1822, the Bengal Land Revenue Sales Act, 1841, the Sale of Land for Revenue Arrears Act, 1845 and the Forfeited Deposits Act, 1850 shall be deemed to have been validly undertaken or initiated and remaining process, if any, shall be deemed to have been taken or executed under the respective repealed Regulation or Act.
