In section 9 of the principal Act, for sub-section (6), the following sub-section shall be substituted:— `(6) An employer shall pay the employer's and the employee's contribution to the Board electronically through the designated "portal" created and maintained by the Board and shall bear the expenses of remitting to the Board such contributions.'.
