In clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 172 of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980, (i) in sub-clause (iv), after the words "the State Government,", the word "or" shall be inserted; (ii) after sub-clause (iv), the following sub-clause shall be inserted:— "(v) any land or building comprising educational institutions, administered or aided by the State Government,".
