In sub-section (2) of section 196 of the principal Act, forthe words “Corporation may decide to the person liable for payment of the property tax”, the words “Corporation may decide to the person liable for payment of the property tax and shall also be published in the website of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation” shall be substituted.
