(1) Within three months of the end of every year, the Board shall prepare and forward to the State Government, in such form and manner as may be prescribed, an annual report giving a complete account of its activities during such year. (2) A copy of every report forwarded to the State Govern- ment under sub-section (1) shall, as soon thereafter as possible, be laid before the State Legislature.
