Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes and the Ordinances, Regulations may be made to provide for all or any of the following matters:— (a) the powers and functions of the Boards of Studies ; (b) the functions and duties of Teachers' Councils in Universities and in colleges and institutions other than Government Colleges and institutions; 38 THE KOLKATA GAZEllti, EXTRAORDINARY, AUGUST 16, 2012 The Kazi Nazrul University Act, 2012.
