Every dispute arising out of a contract between the University and any of its officers or Teachers shall be referred to a Board of Arbitrators consisting of one member appointed by the University, one member nominated by the officer or The Ectlyani University. Act, 1960. 15 XIII of 1960.1 (Chapter IV.—Supplementary Provisiorts.—Sections 27, 28.) Teacher concerned and an umpire appointed by the Chancellor and the decision of the Board on such dispute shall be final and no suit shall lie in any Civil Court in respect of the matters decided by the Board.
