Where a person committing an offence punishable under this Act is a company or an association or a body of persons whether incorporated or not, every director, manager, secretary or other officer or person concerned in the manage- ment thereof shall, unless he proves that the offence was (c) TO West Bengal Jute (Control of Prices) Act, 1950. VI of 19504 West Ben. Ord. VII of 1949. (Section 10.) committed without his knowledge or that he exercised all due diligence to prevent its commission, be deemed to be guilty of such offence.
