West Bengal Act VI ©f 1950 THE WEST BENGAL JUTE (CONTROL OF PRICES) ACT, 1950. [Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 15th March, 1950.] An Act to provide for the control of the price of jute. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the control of the price of jute in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
