(1) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Collector determining the amount of compensation may, Within sixty days from the date of such decision, in so far as it affects him appeal to the Court having jurisdiction over the area in which the land is situate. (2) The decision of the Court on such appeal,and subject only to such decision, the decision of the Collector determining the amount of compensation, shall be final.
