(1) The State Government shall appoint a Chief Executive employees of Officer and a Chief Accounts Officer of the Corporation. the Corporation. (2) The Corporation may appoint advisers, and such other officers and employees subordinate to the Chief Executive Officer, as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its duties and functions. (3) The conditions of appointment and service of the officers and employees and their scales of pay shall,— (a) as regards the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Accounts Officer, be such as may be prescribed, and (b) as regards the other officers and employees, be such as may be determined by regulations made under this Act. (4) The Chief Executive Officer shall be the executive head of the Corporation and all other officers and employees of the Corporation shall be subordinate to him. Filling up of casual vacancies.
