In section 5 of the Howrah Municipal Corporation Act, 1980,— Amendment of section 5 of the West Ben. Act wo . . (i) insub-section (1), inclause (a), forthe LVIII of 1980. the words “fifty elected Councillors words “sixty-six elected Councillors”, ” shall be substituted; (ii) in sub-section (2), for the words “sixty-Six Councillors”, the words “fifty Councillors” shall be substituted.
