(1) The Chairman shall at the beginning of each calendar year nominate from amongst the elected members of the Corporation a panel of not more than three presiding officers and specify a sequence in which any one of them may preside over the meetings of the Corporation in the absence of the Chairman. (2) A member nominated under sub-section (1) shall hold office until a new panel of presiding officers in nominated.
