A person shall not be qualified for being elected a Councillor or Alderman, if he— (a) is not entitled to vote at the election for any constituency of the Corporation; or (b) is under twenty-one years of age; or (c) is officer or employee of the Corporation; or (d) has any share or interest, direct or indirect, in any contract or employment with, by or on behalf of, the Corporation; or (e) has not paid any sum certified by the auditors to be due from him.
