(ii) the other shall be the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Improvement of Howrah, constituted under the Howrah Improvement Act, 1956, ex officio, and (c) three Aldermen to be elected by the Councillors referred to in clause (a). (2) The fifty Councillors referred to in clause (a) of sub-section (1) shall be elected by the constituencies, each constituency electing one Councillor, and for this purpose each ward of the Corporation described in Schedule II shall constitute a constituency. (3) The three Aldermen referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (1) shall be elected in such manner as may be prescribed.
