(Schedule B.) (b) .for the proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely :— "Provided that in no masonry building directly connected with the municipal water-supply shall the free allowance of filtered water be less than one hundred and fourteen or more than two hundred and twenty-five litres per head per day, calculated upon the ordinary number of inmates of the building, as determined by the Commissioner." ;
