The Board may at any time vary any housing schemes or any part thereof included in the budget approved by the State Government Provided that no such variation shall be made except with the approval of the State Government if it involves an expenditure in excess of 10 percent of the amount as included in the budget approved by the State Government for the execution of any housing scheme.
