(1) The Board shall take over and employ such staff of the State Employment Govemmqnt in the Housing and other Departments as the State Govern- c'thfessatfafted ment may make available and every person so taken over and employed Government. shall be subject to the provisions of this Act and the regulations made thereunder: Provided that during the period of such employment all matters relating to the pay, allowances, leave, retirement, pensions, provident fund and all other terms and conditions of service of the members of the said staff shall be regulated by the West Bengal Service Rules or such Cessation of membership.
