The Commissioners shall, by notification, publish a table of tolls to be levied under sub-section (1) of section 11 and shall cause copies of such table legibly written in English, Bengali and Hindi to be hung up in some conspi- cuous place near every toll-bar for the information of all persons required to pay such tolls.
