(1) If any person whose name is entered, in Part B of the Register obtains any qualification mentioned -in paragraphs 1, 2 or 3 of the Schedule he shall be entitled, on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, to have his name transferred from Part B to Part A of the Register. (2) Tf any person whose name is entered in Part B of the Register has been a teacher in a Homoeopathic institu- tion affiliated to the Council or a visiting physician in a hospital attached to such an institution from a date prior to the first day of January, 1961, or is, in the opinion of the Council, a Homoeopathic practitioner of special merit or eminence, the Council may, with the approval of the State Government, transfer his name from Part B to Part A of the Register.
