The Council shall pay to its President, Vice- President and members and other persons appointed by it to any Committee referred to in sub-section (6) of section 15, such fees for attending at meetings of the. Council, of the Executive Committee or of such Committee and such travelling expenses for journeys undertaken in the perform- ance of duties as may be prescribed.
