Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes and the Ordinances, Regulations may be made to provide for all or any of the following matters:— (a) the powers and functions of the Boards of Studies; (b) the functions and duties of Teachers' Councils in Universities; (c) the conditions for admission to the different courses of study and examinations of students; (d) the rules for the conduct of University examinations; (e) the courses of study and the division of subjects upon the recommendations of the Faculty of Post-graduate and Undergraduate Studies concerned; (0 the minimum qualifications for the Teachers of the University as per guidelines of the University Grants Commission or any other appropriate authority; (g) all other matters which under this Act or the Statutes or the Ordinances are required to be or may be provided by Regulations. 28 THE KOLKATA GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, JANUARY 10, 2020 [PART III The Hindi University, West Bengal Act, 2019.
