(1) The Governing Board shall meet at least once in a quarter, other than for convocation on such dates to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. One of such meetings shall be held before March and shall be called the Annual meeting. The Governing Board may also meet at such other times as it may decide. (2) One-third of the total number of members shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Governing Board. (3) The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever thinks fit, and shall upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Governing Board, convene a meeting of the Governing Board.
