Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes and the Ordinances, Regulations may be made to provide for all or any of the following matters:— (a) the powers and functions of the Boards of Studies; (b) the functions and duties of Teachers' Councils in Universities; (c) the conditions for admission to the different courses of study and examinations of students; (d) the rules for the conduct of University examinations; (e) the courses of study and the division of subjects upon the recommendations of the Schools of Post-graduate and Undergraduate Studies concerned; (f) the minimum qualifications for the Teachers of the University as per guidelines of the University Grants Commission or any other appropriate authority; PART' III] THE KOLKATA GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, JANUARY 9, 2018 29 The West Bengal Green University Act, 2017.
