(1) A Gram Parishad may constitute— Grantf (a) standing committees for performing such functions Parishad. of the Gram Parishad as may be provided by regulations; (b) ad hoc committees for inquiring into or reporting and advising on any matter which the Gram Parishad may refer to them.
