The licensee shall use the premises for the purpose for which they have been allotted to him and shall not use them for any other purpose. Example.—Where a flat is allotted to any person for the purpose of his residence there will be a violation of this condition if he does not himself ordinarily reside in it and allows his dependents or any other person to reside in it or keeps it vacant.
