The Executive Sabha shall refer to the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Executive Sabha. Sabha for approval of the following matters, namely:— (a) all proposals for making regulations or by-laws under the provisions of this Act; (b) all cases affecting the relations of Government with the Gorkaland Territorial Administration. General power of Chief Executive. Special power of Chief Executive. Execution of work etc. in case of emergency.
