Any person who uses any warehouse in respect of which a license has been refused, or after the license in respect thereof has been cancelled or during the time for which such license has been suspended, shall be punishable, on conviction before a Magistrate, with fine not exceeding four hundred rupees and to further fine not exceeding one hundred rupees for every day during which any such ware- house may be so used as aforesaid.
