In the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979, in the Schedule, in the entry in clause (a) in column (2) against serial number 3 in column (1), for the words, figures, letters and brackets "Dealers as defined under the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994)", the words, figures, letters and brackets "Taxable persons as defined under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017) and dealers as defined under the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994)" shall be substituted.
