In the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal Act, 1987, in the Schedule, after the last West Ben. Act entry relating to "The West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003", the following entries VIII of 1987. shall be inserted under the columns with headings "Year", "Number" and "Short title of the specified State Act", respectively:— "2012 I The West Bengal Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2012".
