In the Bengal Electricity Duty Act, 1935, in the Second Schedule, in item 13, for the words "first commercial production", the words "first commercial production, or for such period, and to such extent, as may be mentioned in the relevant scheme approved by the State Government under which such industrial unit has been set up" shall be substituted.
