In the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades. Callings and Employments Act, 1979,— (1) in section 7,— (a) in sub-section (6), for the words, figures and letters "on or before the 31st day of March, 2010, shall be deemed to have been made on the 31st day of December, 2010", the words, figures and letters "on or before the 31st day of March, 2011. shall be deemed to have been made on the 31st day of March, 2012" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (6A), for the words, figures and letters "30th day of June, 2011", the words, figures and letters "30th day of September, 2012" shall be substituted; (c) in sub-section (8), for the words. figures and letters "31st day of December, 2011". the words, figures and letters "31st day of December, 2012" shall be substituted; (2) in the Schedule, in serial No. 1, for the entry in column (3) against sub-serial (ii) in column (2), the word "Nil" shall be substituted.
