In the West Bengal State Tax on Consumption or Use of Goods Act, 2001, in section 4, after the words, figures, letters and brackets "of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994)", the words, letters, figures and brackets "or at the rates prescribed in clause (b) and clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 16 of the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (West Ben. Act XXXVII of 2003)" shall be added.
