In the Bengal Electricity Duty Act, 1935,— (1) in section 5A,— (a) in sub-section (1), for the words "two per centutn", the words "one per centum" shall be substituted, (b) in sub-section (2), for the words "two per centunt", the words "one per centum" shall be substituted; (2) in section 5B, for the words "two per centum", the words "one per centum" shall be substituted; (3) after section 7D, the following section shall be inserted:— "Refund.
