In the Bengal Electricity Duty Act, 1935, in section 3A, in sub- section (3), in clause (b), for the words, figures and letters "after the 31st day of December, 2000, whichever is later.", the words, figures and letters "after the 31st day of December, 2002, whichever is later." shall be substituted.
