Household wares of all varieties and descriptions, that is to say, utensils, kitchen implements, buckets, tumblers, receptacles, tiffin boxes, soap cases and trays, coat hangers, and similar other wares, made of plastic, but excluding those plastic goods specified elsewhere in this Schedule or in any other Schedule.
