In the West Bengal Luxury Tax Act, 1994, in the Schedule,— (a) in the entry against serial No. 6, for the letters and figures "Rs. 1000", the letters and figures "Rs. 800" shall be substituted; (b) after serial No. 6 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial Nos. and entries relating thereto shall be inserted:— "7. Crystal items, cut-glass items and chandeliers.
