In the West Bengal Luxury Tax Act, 1994, in the Schedule, after serial No. 5 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial No. and entry relating thereto shall be inserted:— "6. Mill-made textile fabrics priced at Rs. 1,000 or more per metre.".
