Water. 1 of 1944. Except when manufactured in a factory as defined in the Factories Act, 1948. Except when sold in sealed container. 63 of 1948. Except drinking water, mineral water, or aerated water, when sold in bottles or sealed containers, including polythene bottle, pouch or packet.
