In section 2 of the West Bengal Finance (Amend- ment and Repeal) Act, 1948 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act),— (a) in clause (1), the brackets and words "(hereinafter in this section referred to as the said Act)" shall be omitted ; and (b) clauses (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
