(1) No evacuee property shall be liable to attach- ment, distraint or sale in execution of a decree or order of a Court, or any other authority, while a Collector's Order is in force in respect of such property. (2) In computing the period of limitation applicable to any suit, appeal or application in respect of any evacuee pro- perty the time during which a Collector's Order remains in force in respect of such property shall be excluded.
