(1) When no objection has been field or when all such objections have been disposed of, the the Compensation Compensation Officer shall make such alterations, if any, in the 3* Compensation Assessment Roll sessment Roll. As may be necessary to give effect to any order passed on objections made under 4[section 15 or section 15A] and shall cause the said roll or the roll as so altered to be finally published in the prescribed manner and make a certificate stating the fact of such final publication and the date thereof and shall date and subscribe the same with his name and official designation.
