The provisions of section 8, section 9, section 10, section 11, section 12, section 13, section 14, section 15 and section 16 of the West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement ofDispute) Act, 1999, to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, shall apply mutatis mutandisin respect ofsettlement ofdisputes underthis Act.
