Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes and the Ordinances, Regulations may be made to provide for all or any of the following matters:— (a) the powers and functions of the Boards of Studies; (b) the powers and functions of the Departmental Academic Committees; (c) the conditions for admission to different courses of study and examinations of students; (d) the rules for the conduct of University examinations; the courses of study and the organisation of subjects upon the recommendations of the Faculty Council for post-graduate and undergraduate studies concerned along with the numbers of intake; (f) the minimum qualifictions for Teachers, officers, and non-teaching employees of the University; all other matters which under this Act or the Statutes or the Ordinances are required to be or may be prescribed by Regulations.
